Alex David, 91, of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida passed away on July 3, 2020. Alex is survived by his four children, Janine, Christopher, George and Peter; six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

Alex was born in a house just outside Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada on April 22, 1929. Later, Alex's parents moved to Crystal Beach, Ontario, where he attended a one room schoolhouse in grade school. He then attended Ridgeway High School where met his future wife and mother of his children, Patricia, at a dance.

Alex went on to attend the University of Buffalo, studying business administration and was a member of the Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity.

After leaving college, Alex married Patricia in 1953 and they moved to Hamilton, Ontario.

Alex then moved to Miami, Florida 1955. In Miami, he began his career in the insurance industry; an industry in which he worked until his retirement.

In 1968 Alex moved to Palm Beach County where he lived until his passing.

Alex was an active member of St John Fisher and the Cathedral of St. Ignatius Loyola Churches where he served as a readings lector, usher and Eucharistic Minister.

Alex became a Knight in the Knights of Columbus Catholic organization.

Alex was an avid golfer, his love of golf kept him in great physical shape and he won several local golf tournaments.
