Oscar passed away at his home in West Palm Beach, Florida at the age of 64 years. He was born in Waycross, Georgia to parents Oscar Brown and Eida Mae Edwards.
Friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Life Memorial Service Friday, November 4, 2022, starting at 2:00 p.m., at Northwood Funeral Home in West Palm Beach, Florida.
