Vincent "Vinny" Spinelli, August 21, 1956-September 29, 2019, passed away unexpectedly and peacefully at his home. Vinny was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He often said his fondest memories were of growing up in Brooklyn, surrounded by family members and close friends. He later resided in Long Beach, NY, and was a well-known, loved community member, and popular bartender at "Timothy Tubbs", a legendary LB bar/grill. He had many close friends in Long Beach that he considered his "brothers". Vinny later resided in Miami, and worked as a popular bartender for years in the Miami hot spot "The Mutiny" in Coconut Grove. In later years, he worked in sales, and the auto industry as an award-winning salesman and finance manager at The Collection and Braman Motors. Anyone who was privileged to know "Vin" was touched by his charisma, kindness, generosity, and fun-loving personality. Vinny was an avid reader who enjoyed espionage and spy novels. He was a die hard "Dolphins" fan and sports enthusiast. He loved the beach, horseback riding, fishing in the Keys, bike riding, and enjoyed cooking for his family and friends. He loved music and attended some legendary concerts in his lifetime. He loved his family dearly and was greatly loved by all who knew him. He will be sorely missed. Beloved son of Emilia Guadalupi and the late Francis "Frank" Spinelli. Beloved eldest brother of Phyllis (Rick), Rita, Vicky, Ted (Patty), Frank, Amy (Spencer). Beloved Uncle to Derek, Nicole, Samantha, Jarrod, Amelia, Teddy, Staci, Brian (Alanna), and Maggie. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local animal shelter as Vinny was a lover of dogs and animals, and enjoyed having them in his life. Vinny, the sun doesn't shine as bright without you here.
