Frances passed away suddenly on August 26, 2023, in Palm Beach County, Florida.
She is survived by her children RoseMary, Raymond, Katherine, Jimmy and Tracy, her grandchildren David, Destiny, Rebecca and Megan, her great grandchildren Devin, Jazmine, Cassidy, Leroy and Olivia, and her significant other Ellis whom she loved dearly.
Frances loved her children and grandchildren with everything she had. She was a caring mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to many. She did her best to be there for those she cherished. An avid reader, she enjoyed a good murder mystery, cooking and was a world class knitter.
She will be greatly missed, "we will always love you, rest in peace Mom".
