Betty was active in her community, and her commitment to helping others was a lifelongpassion. Throughout the years, Betty volunteered with many organizations, including a battered women’s shelter and the American Red Cross. Betty also served on the board of the Palm Beach House.
A loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Betty was an adventurous spirit, who loved to travel and had a wonderful sense of humor. She enjoyed many trips with her family and friends, and always came home with a funny story and fond memories to share. Her strength, independence, and sense of justice were, and will always be, an inspiration to those that knew her.
