Gloria was born June 7, 1941, to Oswald and Alma McKnight.Gloria was educated in Palm Beach County. She graduatedfrom Roosevelt High School in 1958, she continued hereducation at Palm Beach Community College where shereceived her Teacher’s degree in 1970. Gloria also received anursing degree from North Technical School in 1980.Gloria had a few hobbies, she loved playing cards and listeningto music with her family and friends. She also loved teachingBible truths. She was first introduced to Jehovah’s Witnessesthrough her brother Reginald. She learned that God’s namewas Jehovah, Psalm 83:18. She also learned that Jehovah haspromised that the earth will again be a paradise and mankindwill have perfect health, no more sickness, and no more death.Gloria began to study the Bible with Elvira Copeland and onJanuary 4, 1964, Gloria symbolized her dedication by waterbaptism. Gloria talked about those Bible promises with herchildren and family. Gloria attended meetings as long as herhealth allowed.

Gloria was preceded in death by her parents Oswald and AlmaMcKnight. Her children, Gilbert, Clarence, Anthony, Kathi,and Stephanie Wilson.

Gloria will forever be remembered by her children: DarrylWilson, Sr., Vincent Wilson, Felecia Lisa Wilson-Hutchinson(Willie); Siblings: Vertise McKnight, Essie McKnightWilliams, John McKnight, and Patty Ann McKnight;grandchildren: Darryl Wilson, Jr. (Belinda), Tiara Wilson,Margaret Wilson, Megan Derazin Jackson (Tariq), ElijahDerazin, Willie Hutchinson, Jr., Marissa Hutchinson, andGabriella Hutchinson, and a host of family, friends, spiritualfamily, and the Northwood congregation of Jehovah’sWitnesses.
