Patricia Ann Felix (Metcalf) of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida passed away June 7, 2024. Born October 15, 1928 in Louisville, Kentucky to Leonard Jackson Pope and Bessie Mae Ford Pope. She moved to Riviera Beach, Florida with her parents in 1949. Her father was a contractor who built one of the first hotels in Riviera Beach, a blossoming tourist destination!

 

She was a long time Parishioner of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Riviera Beach while living in Lake Park. In 1984 she moved to The Bluffs in Jupiter and attended St. Patrick Catholic Church. After relocating to Palm Beach Gardens she returned to St. Clare Catholic Church.

 

Patricia worked at Spencer Boat Company as an Executive Secretary for 20 years. She and her husband George (predeceased) enjoyed traveling in their motor home for years. They traveled to Carlsbad, California to visit her son Eric and lots of other destinations with their RV friends. She loved playing Mexican Dominoes with her RV group and teaching her children and grandchildren how to play. She enjoyed playing cards and bingo with her friends at the Clubhouse in Meridian Park.

 

She is predeceased by her first husband, John K. (Kenny) Metcalf, brothers Jack Pope (Imojean) and Bill Pope (Peggy). 

 

Patricia is survived by her five children: James Metcalf, Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Karen Durning Lutz, FL; Lynn Metcalf, Port St. Lucie, FL; Kevin Metcalf, Port St. Lucie, FL; and Eric Metcalf (Shawn) Jupiter, FL; granddaughters Lisa Mullis (Mike), Lutz, FL; Jennifer Durning, Tucker, GA and great grandson Eli Mullis, Lutz, FL; and several fur grand babies.

 

A Catholic Service will be held at Northwood Funeral Home at 5608 Broadway Ave., West Palm Beach, FL on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 12:00 o' clock.

 

A burial service will be held at 2:30pm at Rolling Oaks Cemetery, 2200 SW Del Rio Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL.
