Ways you can honor Raymond's memory:
Raymond L. Cline, born December 24, 1923, a son of the late Willard and Lottie Cline, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2018, in Jupiter. He served four years in the United States Navy during World War II. He spent most of that time in Panama where he served as an aviation radio man. When he returned home, he finished his high school years at Palm Beach High and Palm Beach Junior College. He received his B.A. from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama and his Master's from Southwestern Seminary. He served the State of Florida at the Department of Business and Professional Regulation as an Elevator Inspector during Florida's rapid building era. He was responsible for elevator inspections from Melbourne to Key West. Ray retired in 1993 and returned to Palm Beach where he was able to play golf every day until Parkinson's disease disabled him. The Golf Club of Jupiter was his favorite course. Ray is survived by his wife of sixty-seven years, Doris Phillips Cline. Their daughter, Elizabeth Cline Zabinski, predeceased them in 1983. Many loving extended family members survive Ray, as well. Military Services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, January 26, 2018, at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth. Please assemble in Lane #3.
