JOHN DARREL MURR
March 5, 1935 – November 30, 2022 John Darrel Murr, Age 87, passed away peacefully November 30, 2022 under the care of hospice. Born in Tennessee he later lived a full life residing in West Palm Beach, FL. John Murr is a U.S Army Veteran who served our country in Germany. He then was a longtime business owner of a local car dealership before serving as in-house security at the Mar-a-Largo estate in Palm Beach, FL until his retirement. He is survived by his love of over 60 years Helen, two daughters, Johnette and Janet; grandchildren Shane and Jessica and son-in-law Rick.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests monetary donations in memory of J.Darrel Murr be made to the West Palm Beach Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, Voluntary Service Department (135), 7305 North Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410. A military service will be held Monday, December 19, 2022, 9:30 a.m. at the South Florida National Cemetery located at 6501 S. State Road 7, Lake Worth, FL 33449
