Ways you can honor Roger's memory:
Roger A. Myers died peacefully on October 17, 2019 at Lourdes Noreen McKeen Residence at the age of 76. He was a long time resident of Lake Park, Florida. As a veteran of the U.S. Navy, he was awarded three medals; Navy Unit Commendation medal, Vietnam Service medal, and the National Defense Service medal. After his service he worked at Lums and later, Premier Beverage Company. Roger enjoyed sports, good food, fellowship and laughter, in fact he had a hearty laugh!
Roger is preceded in death by his mother, Eunice Allison Myers; his father, Roger "Rollo" L. Myers; and his older sister, Judy M. Rosenvinge. He is survived by his younger sister Yvette Myers; cousins Dee Swink and Guy Allison; nieces Karin Rosenvinge, Susan Ahlberg; nephew Eric Rosenvinge. He will also be missed by his god-daughter Brianna Rosetti and her family who were dear friends and I'm sure many more.
The family would like to thank the staff and friends at Lourdes Noreen McKeen Residence, Catholic Charities Dioceses of Palm Beach, and the VITAS hospice team, of which any memorial donation would be gratefully accepted.
Roger's body will be cremated and his ashes scattered at sea, per his request, at a future date.May he rest in peace in God's eternal love.
